Some important informations  about our transaction steps 

Energiaki Kivotou Ltd , has the avantage to represent only End Sources. 

The steps are very simple and they are most wellknown to the real and daily  international trading in contract or immediate basis.

In soft commodities and construction products,  most of  our Sellers are requesting the  below steps:

Request for Quote with company profile

Offer for Sale &  letter for assurance

Contract (if it  is necessary) and Proforma invoice issuance

LC / UCP 600 form confirmation or  agreed Payment term confirmation from Seller  

Ability for Surveyor and Physical Inspection 

Delivery as agreed both parties

L/C Collections and Payment 

Sellers are asking for full details from buyer's company profile and full details for the products that they are interesting for, as well as exactly delivery terms  and conditions  in order to start the transaction negotiations

We are not requesting from our clients financial  documents such as BCL, RWA   and we are not provide  terms  such as ASWP, ASEP.  

Company can have any intermediate collaboration only according to URPIB rules
